Unisys earned Level 4 on the XLA® Institute Maturity Model, an independent rating of how well organizations manage the employee experience. It scores 15 aspects across strategy, design, technology, culture, and value against five maturity levels.
This evaluation answers a question traditional service metrics leave open. Service-level agreements (SLAs) show whether systems are running. Experience-level agreements (XLAs) show whether they work for the people using them.
