Our CSR efforts focus on three areas: ethical innovation, through responsible design and deployment across our products and services and a commitment to Technology for Social Good; environmental stewardship, through energy-efficient data solutions, sustainable supply chains, and circular IT practices; and social empowerment, through digital literacy, STEM education, and equitable access to technology for underserved communities.

External Rating Organizations
As part of our environmental, social and governance efforts, Unisys has been recognized by external rating organizations that measure a company's resilience to long-term environmental, social and governance risks.
We received a B rating for our climate-related disclosures from CDP, the global standard bearer for corporate disclosure of carbon emissions, surpassing the IT and software industry average rating of C.
The CDP Supplier Engagement Leader Award (SEA) is a recognition given by CDP, the global environmental disclosure nonprofit, to companies that demonstrate leading practices in engaging their suppliers on climate-change management and emissions reduction. Unisys has received an A on the SEA for 3 years in a row.
Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), a preeminent North American proxy advisory service and Sustainability and CSR rating institution, awarded Unisys a Prime rating. Companies earn a Prime rating if their sustainability performance fulfills ISS’s ambitious absolute performance requirements.
Our efforts to achieve excellence in our Sustainability and CSR performance earned Unisys a BBB rating from MSCI, which provides data about long-term, material business risks to the global investment community. This increase from our previous BB rating reflects greater resilience to those risks.
