Dan Ferry is Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Unisys, where he leads mergers and acquisitions (M&A), integrations and continuous business improvement projects, as well as the company’s relationships and communications with the financial community.
Dan joined Unisys in 2008 and has more than 25 years of experience in strategic corporate development. Over his tenure, he has helped guide the company through significant acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and other strategic initiatives. In August 2026, given his strong experience across capital markets, M&A, valuation and corporate strategy, his role expanded to include investor relations.
Prior to Unisys, Dan worked in private equity, and before that, he held roles as a vice president of Investment Banking at Bank of America, and in the Audit and Financial Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen. These roles built a strong foundation in financial principles and sharpened his ability to structure complex capital transactions and M&A deals.
Dan holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame and an undergraduate degree in accounting from LaSalle University.
